Education. Master's Degree in physics from Novosibirsk State University and Ph.D. in physics from Institute of Nuclear Physics in Russia. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Business School and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society at the GSB.
Entrepreneur experience. over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience. Founded Nonolet, a Russia-based PC manufacturer and distributor, he introduced one of the first Russian computer brands.
Management experience. As CEO of Ritzio Entertainment Group he led the company from $40 million in revenues in 2002 to $1.25 billion in revenues in 2006.
Fund management. As General Partner of Russian Investment Solution Fund, he successfully navigated the Fund through Russian default to a profitable exit

Frank Creer, Partner
Mr. Creer is an experienced venture capitalist who has been involved in the starting of, and investing in over 40 new technology based companies, and has sat on Boards of Directors of dozens of startup businesses. He is a Managing Director of Zone Ventures and was a Partner in the Wasatch Venture Fund which he also co-founded in 1994. He has led investments and sat on the boards of such companies as DivX Networks and Netcentives. Mr. Creer also serves as an advisor for E6 Ventures, and sits of the Board of Directors for the Lassonde New Venture Development Center at the University of Utah.
